Getting the right start is half the battle
Looking to launch your real estate career? If you plan to be involved in selling or leasing property there are minimum educational qualifications specified by the regulatory authority for licensing in your State or Territory.
2 course options for your convenience
At Corum Training, we make this important first step as easy and convenient as possible. So the course is flexible with minimal disruption to your busy work time.
Choose from a consecutive 4 day Workshop Program or complete the course by Distance at your own pace within a 3 month period. That way, you can make the most of your time and your investment.
How assessment works
Assessment is continuous with assignments set and assessed using competency based strategies. You will be assessed as ‘competent’ or ‘not yet competent’, but relax, we won’t charge you extra if you need to re-submit a task after being assessed as ‘not yet competent’.
You’ll receive feedback on your assessments within 2 weeks and a Statement of Attainment after achieving ‘competency’.
Also, in some States and the ACT, you are required to earn 12 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points in the 12 months following the granting or renewal of your licence. Corum Training can help you fulfil these requirements – call us on 1300 793 723 for more information on CPD training.
